With the creation of Pastificio dei Campi we decided to undertake a very ambitious project: to talk with every employee at each point of the product line in order to properly calibrate the various phases of the pasta’s production, sharing with each person involved their and our expectations, visions, knowledge, experience, and motives, with the final customer always in mind. In this way every person involved in the production of the pasta transforms from a simple employee into a protagonist of the process, transferring his or her knowledge and skills into each package of pasta.

We have chosen box packaging with a plastic insert, completely made of recyclable materials. This type of packaging enables us to combine the necessarily robust packaging that prevents the pasta from breaking with recyclable materials (the plastic insert is easily removable from the carton) and transparency (because the pasta is immediately visible).

Openness or transparency is a fundamental value of our company that led us to adopt our tracking system, with which anyone can find out where, how, and who created each package of Pasta dei Campi purchased.

Craftsmanship and respect for tradition are the last cardinal ideals of our productive philosophy. The pasta factory is located in Gragnano, an excellent place for the production of pasta; the development and growth of industrial mass production has caused a loss – at least in part – of the magic linked to the art of making pasta. In our company we wish to reassert and sustain the tradition of Gragnano pasta. We try to do so by working in the traditional manner, respecting the classic methods of pasta production, and giving the raw materials and production phases all the time they need to create the highest quality pasta.
