A Cristina Bowerman creation with Pasta dei Campi

A new creation of Gragnano pasta from Pastificio dei Campi was created by a brilliant starred chef, Cristina Bowerman of Glass Hostaria (Rome). On their menu starting in May, our spaghetti (Dei Campi) affumicati, caglio di latte di capra, friggitielli, pepperroni rossi arrostiti, bottarga (smoked spaghetti with goat cheese, sweet peppers, roasted peppers, and fish eggs).
