Anuga: The success of Gragnano pasta and Pastificio dei Campi in Cologne

Anuga, one of the world’s most important food and beverage trade fairs held in Cologne 10-14 October 2009, was a big success for Gragnano pasta and in particular for Pastificio dei Campi. We had one stand in which we displayed our products to our best abilities. This event is a great occasion for all Gragnano pasta makers to enter into new markets. Germany in particular is a very wide, real and potential market for Campanian products.
Minister Zaia was also present at the fair – his objective was to strengthen commercial relationships between Germany and the major Italian export agencies. The Minister had time to participate in the preparation of a pasta dish at our stand, serving succulent Gragnano paccheri.
