Gragnano pasta from Pastificio dei Campi has taken off in New York. From 28 to 30 June 2009, at the Javits Center Fairground in New York, the 55th edition of the Fancy Food Show took place, a prestigious international event of the food-farming industry with over 2300 stands from over 80 countries. It is the most important showcase for eno-gastronomic products in North America, and puts producers of wine, oil, pasta, baked goods, sweets, dairy goods, and conserves in contact with over 24 thousand specialized operators (distributors, restaurant owners, etc.).
We participated in this great event, and we tried to bring prestige to Gragnano pasta with our factory’s pasta.
