Gennaro Esposito, one of the leaders of the international gastronomic scene, has chosen Pasta dei Campi for his restaurant, Vico Equense’s Torre del Saracino, a real and true lighthouse of national restaurants. Gennaro has always been close to the Pasta dei Campi project, and has fully adopted the same philosophies as our pasta factory: to preserve century’s old traditions while placing them in modern contexts.
