Appointment with Pastificio dei Campi

For the second time Pastificio dei Campi will participate in Identità Golose, a meeting for renowned chefs and high quality food, organized by Paolo Marchi. The event will take place in Milan from 30 January to 1 February 2011 at the Milan Convention Center in via Gattamelata. For all three days of the congress, during the pauses, you will be able to taste three delicious dishes with our Gragnano pasta: pasta e fagioli (pasta and beans), pasta e ceci (pasta and chickpeas), pasta e lenticchie (pasta and lentils). Three dishes, one for each day, prepared by the expert hands of Gennaro Esposito, chef of Torre del Saracino. The dishes are homage to comfort food and the luxury of simplicity.
