L'Anima and Pastificio dei Campi

Pastificio dei Campi participated in a great gastronomic event, the Vongole Dinner (clams) at Ristorante L'Anima, one of the most prestigious Italian restaurants in London.
Chef Francesco Mazzei proposed different versions of linguine with clams, both classic (with garlic), as well as varieties with cilantro, chili, and green lemons, using of course only Pastificio dei Campi Linguine.
