Pasta dei Campi at Castello di Grinzane

Starting Saturday 19 June 2010 Gragnano pasta from Pastificio dei Campi will be on the menu of restaurant Castello di Grinzane, with its brilliant chef, Alessandro Boglione, who very successfully participated in the last Vico Party. The creation in his June menu is "pasta di Gragnano del Pastificio dei Campi con cozze e burrata". (Pastificio dei Campi Gragnano pasta with mussels and soft cheese).
