Identità Golose 2010: Giuseppe Di Martino and Gennaro Esposito talk about pasta

From the 31st of January to the 2nd of February we will participate in Identità Golose 2010. We will be at the Milan Convention Center with an exposition stand where you can see our new size packages of Gragnano pasta, Duetto and Egoista. Additionally, on Monday 1 February at 3.00 p.m. in the Auditorium, Giuseppe Di Martino will pair up with Gennaro Esposito (chef of Vico Equense’s Torre del Saracino) in his presentation about the ‘assoluto della pasta’ (the totality of pasta)
