London: Pasta dei Campi at Paolo Marchi’s Congress

7 and 8 June 2010 Gragnano pasta from Pastificio dei Campi will be a protagonist in London at the congresso di cucina d'autore (gourmet chef’s congress) organized by Paolo Marchi.
Giuseppe Di Martino will be along-side Gennaro Esposito from restaurant Torre del Saracino for his presentation Monday morning. They will speak together about the cooking techniques of high quality crafted pasta.
