New Pastificio dei Campi Milan Initiative

To introduce our pasta from 8 to 21 June, we set up a Temporary Shop inside the Rinascente shop in Piazza Duomo in Milan, in the Food Hall on the seventh floor – a corner of high quality gastronomy within a prestigious framework. The Temporary Shop, with our display carefully created by a noted artist, was divided into two corners, one for display and one for sales, and had a large reproduction of our logo in gold leaves on tarlatan.
During these fifteen days the public had the exclusive possibility to purchase all varieties of Pasta dei Campi. During this same period at the Maio Restaurant in the Rinascente there was also a possibility to taste these pastas with typical Mediterranean gastronomic pairings. In particular, the excellent chef Luca Seveso proposed a very inviting recipe –paccheri salad with Ragusan tomatoes, Tropea onions, arugula, and spiced breadcrumbs – in which he was able to highlight the excellent quality of our pasta dei Campi.
The initiative was highly successful, and it enabled the public to enter into direct contact with our Gragnano pasta.
