The Total Tracking System (TTS) enables everyone to discover, thanks also to Google Maps, each phase of the production process of our Gragnano pasta and to learn the places and people involved in each moment of production, from the sowing of the durum wheat by the farmer to the packaging of the pasta by the packager.

This is an absolutely new system, not only for Gragnano pasta, but for the entire pasta food sector.

How do you use the total tracking system?

Each package of pasta has an expiration date impressed upon it. Enter the name of the product and its expiration date here, and you’ll have access to all the information we have stored regarding the package of pasta you have purchased.

But how does it work, how could it be possible to have access to information in every single passage in the production?

Every external and internal process inherent to the production of the pasta is monitored in a data bank. Google Maps connects to our data bank, allowing everyone to see all the information relative to every single package of Gragnano pasta from our pasta factory.
