Their attention is directed to the tracking system which allows customers to know every moment of the production, and the excellent quality of pasta produced in the traditional way, with bronze frames, and slowly dried. The attention of journalists, moreover, was also attracted by the packaging, elegant and sophisticated, but also respectful of our values: transparency, respect for the environment, social responsibility.
