Spaghetti con pomodorini al forno

Ingredienti

  • 400 g di spaghetti Pastificio dei Campi
  • 500 g Pachino tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Bread crumbs
  • Pepper
  • Grated pecorino 
  • Basil
  • Salt

Instructions

Wash teh tomatoes, cut them in half, sprinkle them with salt, and let sit. Chop the garlic finely along with the basil, then add a few spoonfuls of pecorino and breadcrumbs with some freshly ground pepper and mix well. Drain the tomatoes and dry them. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Sprinkle the tomatoes with the pecorino and breadcrumb mixture, then a touch of olive oil. Put in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180°C. Cook and drain the pasta when al dente. In a large serving bowl mix the spaghetti delicately with the tomatoes. Serve immediately, adding a bit more olive oil if necessary.
