Spaghettini ai pomodori secchi calabresi

Ingredienti

  • 400 g spaghettini dei Campi
  • 300 g sun dried tomatoes
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Basil
  • Salt

Instructions

Cut the sun dried tomatoes into small pieces. Place them in a pan with the oil and garlic and sauté together over low heat, adding a bit of water if the tomatoes are very dry. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente, then add them to the pan. Mix well over low heat and add plenty of basil before serving.
