Pasta is a symbol of the excellence of Italian cuisine. How many recipes exist? Just the traditional Gragnano pasta recipes, if counted, are hundreds. And let’s not mention the infinite recipes that come from the rest of Italy: hot or cold, vegetable, meat, or fish based, dry or in broth, poor or rich, traditional or creative. There is truly a recipe for everyone.

In this part of the website you will find lots of suggestions to enhance your enjoyment of Gragnano pasta with the creation of delicious recipes. Some are “stolen” from our favorite Campanian chefs, found in our grandmother’s recipe books and passed down from generation to generation in regional cookbooks.

We chose to organize the recipes by season, because we think it is important to use products at their best and also because it makes preparing the dish easier with what one already has at home or can easily find at the market or in smaller shops.
In winter we warm you with rich and succulent recipes, in spring we give you dishes with condiments that are fresh from the garden, in summer we give you joy with tomatoes and other summer vegetables, and in autumn we keep you company with comfort food.
