Since its foundation, Pastificio dei Campi has chosen products and manufacturers that share its philosophy.
The world of Champagne winemakers truly embodies our company’s vision: respecting the local territory and nature’s rhythm, making informed decisions about production methods, strictly applying the traditional principles that have made a certain product a success.
At Pastificio dei Campi, we have decided to organize meetings between champagne producers and our staff using a specific format called #bollebuttalapasta
Each time, we invite a young Italian chef to create a specific menu for each individual bottle of champagne in our selection, aiming to highlight the taste of the French nectar and to pair it with our pasta.

Our guests are always 12, including the producers. Oppure più formale For each event, we can host up to 12 people. We carefully select our guests among wine experts and food lovers, an important target audience for our company.
