Gigli di Gragnano


I Gigli are a pasta shape of durum wheat semolina, with bronze drawing. Their production was born on the study of a reference market different from ours; in fact, they respond to the consumption needs of an Anglo-Saxon market. Their delicate and complex shape is associated with very short cooking times. Cooking times are 5 minutes al dente.
