Spaghetti alla chitarra is a typical format of the Abruzzese area and is born as egg pasta. They owe their name to the tool with which they are prepared, called the guitar. They are characterized by a square shape and a porous texture. Our spaghetti alla chitarra are produced exclusively with durum wheat semolina and water and bronze drawn. They are more consistent than classic spaghetti with a circular section and characterized by a greater release of starch.
